(RepublicanDaily.org) – In one of the few public statements he’s made since leaving the White House, former President Donald Trump offered a “complete and total endorsement” of Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) for his reelection race next year. However, it appears Rubio may have set his sights on something even more esteemed than a place in the Senate.
On Monday, May 3, Rubio indicated he would consider a run for the White House at “some point in the future.” He previously ran for the Republican nomination in 2016, dropping out after Donald Trump won the Florida primary.
Rubio is not the only Republican who has indicated they’re interested in the nation’s highest office of late. Chris Christie, the Republican Governor of New Jersey from 2010 until 2018, recently told Sean Hannity he wouldn’t rule out a bid for the presidency in 2024.

Still more than three years away, our next presidential election is already inspiring debate and discussion. At such a turbulent time for our country, it makes sense that America would be looking forward to the next chapter.
