Kari Lake Is Practically Living at Trump’s Mar-A-Lago, Report Reveals

(RepublicanDaily.org) – Former Arizona gubernatorial candidate and Arizona local news anchor Kari Lake has been seen visiting the estate of former President Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago, Palm Beach, Florida.

Media criticized Lake for appearing at Mar-a-Lago “more often” than former First Lady Melania Trump, an “exclusive” source told People magazine.

Lake’s frequent appearances at the Mar-a-Lago resort followed insider claims that the former gubernatorial candidate was seeking to run with Donald Trump in the 2024 Presidential campaign. Despite his recent federal indictment, Trump is still the leading contender for the 2024 Republican nomination.

A source told reporters that Lake, the “failed candidate” for the Arizona gubernatorial election, showed up at Trump’s resort “almost every night.”

However, Lake’s presence at the club isn’t entirely unusual. Media called the Mar-a-Lago resort the “hottest” club among GOP up-and-coming politicians. In Lake’s case, she reportedly has a suite on the premises and “practically lives” at the resort.

When Lake ran for Arizona governor in 2022, she received Trump’s endorsement. Media reports claimed that Lake has now been included in the former president’s “short list” of potential running mates.

Trump reportedly has at least three women lined up to choose as his potential vice president. Among these are Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, as well as former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations and current 2024 presidential candidate Nikki Haley. Haley previously served as South Carolina’s governor, and was Trump’s choice for U.N. Ambassador during his presidential term. Media reports claim that people close to Trump consider Haley may be the best fit for running mate.

Despite the lineup of other potential candidates, Lake is reportedly “gunning” for the potential candidacy, and this, media analysts concluded, is the reason she visits Mar-a-Lago so often.

Mar-a-Lago has been the scene of political controversy in recent years. Trump was indicted and arranged in a Miami federal court in June, following accusations that he had taken classified documents to the residence. The FBI raided Mar-a-Lago in June of 2022 and discovered classified papers.
