Teacher Arrested for Threatening Republicans With AR-15s
(RepublicanDaily.org) – It’s no secret that former President Donald Trump inspires rage in a large cohort of those who oppose him politically. Trump even coined a term to describe this condition: “Trump Derangement Syndrome.” A middle-school music teacher living in Tucson, Arizona, is currently in custody after he threatened to kill a Republican lawmaker and shoot up a store selling Trump merchandise.
According to reports, 58-year-old Donald Glenn Brown made the threat via email to a Trump Store in Show Low, Arizona, on July 4. Using a fake email address, Brown allegedly told the store he and an accomplice were parked nearby and had assault rifles. The expletive-laden message said the pair intended to enter the store and start shooting, and they would specifically target state Senator Wendy Rogers (R), who was in the area that day.

Rogers is viewed as controversial because of her alignment with Oath Keepers, a far-right group reported having been involved in the attack on the Capitol on January 6, 2021. She has also previously indicated her support for the “great replacement” conspiracy theory.
A grand jury in Navajo County indicted Brown on October 4 on a charge of threatening to commit an act of terrorism. Pistor Middle School, Brown’s employer, stated he has not been at work since he was arrested.
